Chemical Peels
Chemical peels, also known as chemexfoliation or derma-peeling, are a technique used to improve the overall appearance of the skin. In this treatment, a chemical solution is applied to the skin, which causes it to "blister" and eventually remove its damaged outer layers. This treatment increases cellular turnover, which in turn refines the epidermis to treat damaged, acne-prone, sensitive, dry and oily conditions. The new, regenerated skin will emerge smoother with fewer wrinkles and fine lines.
