Liposuction
You're the type of person who watches his or her diet and regularly exercises. To shrink and smooth those unsightly areas, liposuction offers a very popular and effective treatment. Liposuction can permanently remove what is commonly known as cellulite, and those isolated bulges will then become a thing of the past. However, there is a catch. To maintain the most trim and taut long-term results, liposuction patients must remain vigilant when it comes to good nutrition and exercise. Recovery After Liposuction:
Patients can look forward to an easy recovery from liposuction. Results will be immediate; however, expect a significant amount of swelling and bruising, which will subside over the course of the next two weeks. Additionally, for up to 10 days, the patient will have to wear a special girdle-like garment to provide support and facilitate the skin's retraction around the area that is now significantly reduced in size. Lipoplasty patients are allowed to walk after surgery, return to the office within a few days, and increase activity substantially within 2 to 4 weeks.
