Spa Etiquette
Spa Visit:
• Consult with your family physician before starting any medspa treatment.
• Notify us of medical conditions: high blood pressure, pregnancy, allergies, and skin conditions.
• Do not shave before body treatments.
• Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Keep all valuables at home; we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to relax and familiarize yourself with our facility and parking area.
Payment:
Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy:
- All payments are final. No refunds are available. Spa credits can be arranged.
- Cash refunds are not given under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be subject to a nominal fee.
In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your treatment time if you are late for your appointment. The normal fee per treatment will remain the same.
